The Digital Designer role sits within our Woolworths at Work business and is accountable for developing and delivering visually compelling, and on brand, content for both digital and print channels.
What you'll do
You’ll be passionate about translating communication concepts, sales narratives and seasonal campaigns into engaging, optimised ecommerce experiences across all digital touch points to drive engagement, consistent with the brand design system within Woolworths at Work.
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, has a curious approach to solutioning and is proficient and experienced in sales collateral & digital channel best practices.
You will look after:
Marketing collateral across multiple channels, with a focus on sales / tender collateral and digital channels. The ability to translate complex information into simple, easy to digest templates, graphics/infographics and motion (create gifs, motion text, motion graphics) is essential.
Sales & Tender Collateral - customer pitch decks, branded commercial offers, editable playbooks & onboarding guides, how to videos, industry brochures / flyers, case studies, etc.
Digital Marketing - design assets for an optimised website experience including page wireframing & page design, UX-focused visualisation, social media content, etc. Understanding UX/UI principles is essential.
Events Collateral - 360-degree marketing alignment across physical & digital spaces for assets such as promotional signage, pull-up banners, printed materials, stand design, etc
CRM - eDMs designed to best practice principles that drives action
Internal Documents - be able to work with, and develop additions to brand guidelines
What you’ll bring
To be successful in this role, your experience will likely reflect:
4-6 years design experience, Retail/Sales or B2B would be preferred in a corporate background
Previous history in tenders, catalogue and digital design is highly desired.
Hold a qualification in Graphic Design or similar.
Highly proficient in industry standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro) with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail across both digital and print outputs.
Ability to adapt design styles, apply branded style guides to consistency with current marketing collateral.
Create and manage design briefs from initial conception through to delivery including product photography.
Experience with print and digital forms of media.
A genuine team player with great communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a growth-positive mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and focus, without compromising quality and meeting deadlines.
Proactive, solutions-focused, hands on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail oriented and has strong time management skills.
