What You’ll Do
The Commercial Partnerships Manager exists to ensure Everyday Rewards Partnerships engage and reward members through deep partner program integration and experiences, and drive sales growth to diversify Everyday Rewards revenue.
This role is responsible for managing and optimising a portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 commercial partnerships that drive value for Everyday Rewards and its partners. The Commercial Partnerships Manager will manage and grow existing partnerships and play a key role in driving member engagement to grow member and business value, strengthening Everyday Reward's brand position as the number 1 rewards program in the market.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Financial Management: Manage partnership budgets, track return on investment (ROI), and prepare regular reports detailing financial results, key metrics, and insights.
- Strategy & Planning: Support the development of the commercial partnership strategy, develop compelling proposals, and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Performance Optimisation: Monitor partnership performance against agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimise revenue and profitability.
- Operational Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial partners and manage the seamless onboarding process for new partners.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within partner organisations and collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure alignment and support for all partnership initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 4-5 years of commercial or strategic business experience, with 2-3 years directly managing complex partnerships or ventures between large corporations.
- Demonstrated ability to execute partnership strategies and secure internal and external buy-in and support.
- Strong commercial and financial skills, coupled with a focus on continual improvement.
- Proven ability to influence, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and the capacity to effectively work across multiple partners.
- Must be data-driven, customer-obsessed, and outcome-focused, possessing strong written and oral presentation skills.
