What you'll do

This role is primarily responsible for the end to end management and delivery of Cartology Client and Woolworths Marketing screens and radio campaigns, from the point of content delivery, campaign flighting and optimisation. Scheduling of these campaigns can include the full Cartology screen network, including in store screens in Australia & New Zealand across multiple Woolworths banners and in centre screens in shopping centres.


This position will have a significant focus on undertaking essential weekly delivery tasks, such as briefing in our creative partner for content development, optimising campaigns through targeted site allocations, and scheduling content for deployment through the various CMS.


  • Be a key contact for our creative partner, briefing in designs and content creation specific to an allocated client base across the media channels.

  • Maintain on-going accuracy of digital network & radio campaigns delivered through the CMS portals, including national, store-specific, audience based and proximity campaigns, from scheduling through to campaign reporting.

  • Act as the key day-to-day contact for all Screen Network & Radio content & scheduling queries, maintaining high service standards

  • Liaise with Woolworths Marketing and internal teams to coordinate campaign deployment

  • Recommend process improvements to maximise operational efficiency and campaign delivery

  • Support team members, manage escalations, and monitor live campaigns across selected Screen Network sites


What you'll bring

  • Proven experience working in Digital Out of Home, preferably in a delivery role

  • Experience working in sales & customer focused working environments

  • Solid exposure to Content Management Systems (Broadsign & Ayuda desirable) and database applications

  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, applications and media file formats 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Ability to visually test digital media against a predefined sets of specifications and guidelines
