About the role 

This is your chance to lead the charge in shaping the future of work! In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to explore, validate, and map high impact team member journeys and processes to define AI & automation solutions. . You will champion the critical discovery and definition of transformative AI projects set to redefine team experience  from the ground up.

You'll join the dynamic Workforce Solutions Tribe (reporting to the Product Owner – AI & Automation). Our team’s core purpose is to launch and embed solutions that provide real commercial value and a fantastic team experience. 

Deliverables include: 

  • Lead productive workshops with teams to map processes and pinpoint prime opportunities for AI transformation.

  • Become the user's champion, using research, interviews, and data to build powerful journey maps and personas that guide our design.

  • Build compelling business cases that showcase the immediate wins (like time saved) and long-term value (like better retention) of every AI solution.

  • Be the ultimate team player, supporting consultants and testers with sharp analysis, clear requirements, and test preparation.

  • Champion change and build change plans across the business, supporting training and adoption activities to make sure our new solutions stick and succeed.

  • Land the launch! Ensure a smooth handover to the business, embedding sustainable solutions for long-term success.

  • Support the definition of success measures that inform future product roadmaps


What You’ll Bring


  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar), driving complex tech projects from discovery to launch.

  • Expert skills in process mapping (like BPMN), workflow analysis, and redesigning how work gets done.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced agile setting, juggling multiple exciting initiatives at once.

  • A natural collaborator skilled at leading workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels to spark transformation.

  • Great business instincts and a passion for using design thinking to create fantastic human-centered experiences.

  • Deep experience in user-centered design, including research, building personas, and creating insightful journey maps.

Desirable 

  • A strong grasp of AI, ML, or Generative AI and how to apply them (and their limits) in the real world.

  • Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
