The Opportunity
The Assistant Marketing Manager for Loyalty will support the Marketing Manager(s) with the creative and delivery of a lifecycle program as well as campaigns for Everyday Rewards.


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns

  • Support end-to-end campaign management process from brief development through execution, including stakeholder engagement across Creative/Content teams, Data & Analytics specialists, and Digital channel and email production teams

  • Develop and execute a lifecycle marketing program for Loyalty including sub-programs that are aligned and integrated across Everyday Rewards

  • Support the execution of test and learn initiatives, to optimise for member outcomes, surfacing up learnings and making recommendations to Marketing Managers and the wider team

  • Understand the technical capabilities, marketing strategy, customer segmentation and analytics models at your disposal and utilise them to meet business objectives

  • Adhere to best practice continuous delivery practices, maximising customer and business value, minimising 'time to value’ and ensuring rapid learning 


What you'll bring

  • Some experience in direct marketing, lifecycle or data driven marketing experience

  • Analytical and data-driven: an advocate for data-led decision making with the ability to analyse data, derive insights and make informed decisions to drive lifecycle activity. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: interact with various stakeholders across Loyalty, Digital, Marketing, and Analytics. Able to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and influence others.

  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and other digital engagement tools is essential.

  • Customer-centric mindset: advocate for the customer, have insight into their  mindset and understand drivers of their behaviour
