What you’ll do

  • Lead & develop a small site admin / customer service team to deliver smooth and high-level of admin & customer service to our business customers & internal teams

  • Act as the main point of contact for site visitors, customers and escalations

  • Payment of invoices via raising of Purchase Orders in AP system for all site consumables and external contractors.

  • Invoicing all customers for weekly 3PL services. 

  • Create a culture of high performance within the team by encouraging knowledge sharing and cooperation, building skills and capability, providing regular feedback and recognition on team and individual performance.  

  • Coordinate resources for meetings, induction and training workshops 

  • Continuous evaluation of processes, technology and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement & embed change.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar admin role in a customer-centric, ideally in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Transport environment

  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage competing priorities from different stakeholders.

  • A can do attitude - reliable, punctual, positive and enjoy working under pressure as part of a small team in a fast paced environment in a large operation.

  • Intermediate financial acumen and experience (eg invoice processing and order generation)

  • Strong computer skills with Google Suite OR Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint, SAP and / or web-based applications.

  • Experience with warehouse managing system Korber an advantage

  • Flexibility to cover your team when absent, i.e. morning or afternoon shifts
