What you’ll do

Reporting to the Admin Team Leader, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the site leadership team as well as liaise with and assist drivers with paperwork and support customers with enquiries

Duties include:

  • Data entry and processing into Ariba and other systems where required

  • Account reconciliation and raise purchase orders and manage the payment of invoices / accounts within the team

  • Maintain, update and communicate all contact listings, including updating group email lists and the Intranet directories

  • Creating adhoc presentations, documents, reports as required

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for Operations and Support teams

  • Adhere to and enforce compliance with all legal obligations and requirements. For example: enterprise agreements, Chain of Responsibility along with company policies and processes and DC Work Instructions 

  • Reinforce and comply with Safety responsibilities 

 

What you’ll bring

  • Strong administration background with experience and demonstrated accuracy/efficiency in data entry, processing and reporting

  • Strong computer skills with Google Suite OR Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint, SAP and/or web-based applications.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Planning, problem solving skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills

  • A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
