The Opportunity
As a Marketing Executive in the Everyday Rewards Partnership team, you'll manage data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns across various channels that support acquisition, engagement and retention of our members. You'll leverage your expertise to craft targeted communications to optimise performance across the entire member lifecycle for our Everyday Rewards Partners.
What you'll do
Everyday Rewards is constantly looking for new and compelling ways to engage with its members, striving to provide great value beyond points. As a member of the Partnerships team, you will have the opportunity to work with Rewards partners like BIG W. You will support the development and delivery of rewards marketing programs aimed at generating revenue and incremental business for our Partners.
You will be joining the marketing team to develop & execute best in class marketing initiatives and campaigns for our Everyday Rewards members to grow their engagement with our partners. Expect a fast paced environment where you are encouraged to innovate and push the boundaries to deliver exceptional customer experiences to engage our members.
Deliver omnichannel marketing communications focused on customer acquisition, engagement and retention, including owned channels and offline media.
Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and retention
Collaborate with internal teams and creative agency to develop compelling marketing collateral and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Present campaign plans, performance metrics and recommendations to key stakeholders for alignment and endorsement and post campaign review.
What you'll bring
Several years experience in customer lifecycle and data-driven marketing roles, partnerships experience highly regarded.
Proven track record of executing successful data-led marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in developing test & learn frameworks and optimisation programs, and driving conversion rates across multiple channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
