We are looking for the next generation of leaders to join our team and play a role in actively shaping the transformation of finance. Here, you’ll have exposure across all of Finance, and build a skill set that will put you ahead of the curve at Woolworths Group. 


What you’ll do

As one of our Finance Graduates, you will experience first hand the running of a large commercial business that has a significant presence in Australia. You will get relevant professional training and complete rotation specific learning objectives that will develop your commercial and business acumen.

You will have the opportunity to rotate through and grow your career in the many teams we have. Some of the Finance areas/ teams include Mergers & Acquisitions, Treasury, eCommerce, Insurance, Commercial, Operations, Data & Analytics, Strategy and many, many more.


What you’ll bring    

We run a 2 year rotational program based out of Sydney, and require one of the following qualifications: Bachelor of Business (major in Accounting) or Commerce (major in Accounting) or combined equivalent degrees.
