What you’ll do
- Lead with initiative in shaping the customer experience, owning floor planning from end to end across major store projects
- Turn insights into impact by designing layouts that are intuitive to shop and built to perform
- Craft with precision using Blue Yonder (JDA), bringing our blueprint vision and store flow principles to life
- Collaborate at the core with Commercial, Refit, Store Operations, and other key teams to land brilliant execution
- Orchestrate the moving parts with clarity, control, and a keen eye on what matters most
What you’ll bring
- Retail in your DNA experience in operations, merchandising or planning (bonus points for a degree in Business, Marketing or Finance)
- Curious mind, sharp eye you love the detail and know how to turn data into action
- Excel-savvy confident with pivot tables, formulas and bringing data stories to life
- Quick on the tools whether it’s SAP, Blue Yonder or something new, you’re keen to dive in and learn
- Layout lover, stakeholder whisperer you see the space, read the room, and solve problems like a pro
