  • Champion Customer Service & Engagement: Be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
  • Drive Product Availability & Quality: Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
  • Support Smooth Operations & Standards: Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
  • Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
