What you’ll do
As the Product Lead, Group Risk, you'll play a key role in enhancing and evolving a selection of our applications. You’ll collaborate with the Product Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our Group Risk/ERM technology products – from requirements gathering and development to implementation and optimisation.
You’ll partner with the Product Manager, Risk Technology to ensure our technology strategy aligns perfectly with business objectives, maximising the effectiveness of our tools and platforms, and driving continuous improvement across our Group Risk technology landscape.
Product Leadership: Oversees applications within the Risk Management Technology landscape.
Roadmap Development: Supports roadmap evolution for our SaaS Integrated Risk Management platform.
Backlog Management: Manages and prioritises the enhancement backlog, aligned with business priorities.
Delivery Pipeline: Oversees end-to-end delivery using agile development, ensuring timely, quality delivery.
Product Support: Provides escalated support and problem resolution expertise.
Vendor Management: Manages SaaS platform vendors, ensuring SLAs are met and platform evolution.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure platform suitability.
Management and development of your team
What you’ll bring
You’ll have 5+ years of management and IT experience, with proven SaaS platform Product Lead/Owner experience, ideally in a large enterprise.
You will also have :
Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building collaborative relationships across tech and business teams.
Thorough understanding of the DevOps product lifecycle.
Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management, and vendor relationship management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., IT, Business, Risk Management).
Proven ability to influence business strategies through technical expertise.
