What you’ll do


As a Marketing Manager within the Everyday Brand & Marketing team, you will be instrumental in driving the planning, execution, and optimisation of impactful campaigns for Everyday, with a focus on loyalty propositions. Your work, including always-on initiatives, will be key to educating, engaging, and inspiring our members.


Specifically you will:


  • Partner with business units, agencies and the Everyday brand & marketing team to develop marketing plans & successfully deliver campaigns, communications and creative 
  • Support the integration of the propositions within the Everyday family as well as the broader Woolworths Group
  • Review and measure the performance of marketing plans and deliver presentations on activity, reporting and performance
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders to help escalate and/or unblock any obstacles to keep campaigns on track while leading the socialising of work internally to gain cross-functional support and engagement.
  • Lead the culture and actively engage in wider leadership beyond your formal remit.


What you’ll bring


  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Tertiary education in a related field, with retail, eCom or loyalty experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead end to end campaign management including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement manage cross-functional projects and campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and financial skills.
  • Experience in using data insights to drive successful multi-channel marketing campaigns within budget.
