In Everyday Services’ we look to bring value-beyond for our customers and members. We are a growth area of the business; with strong brand awareness and a growing customer base. The Everyday Product teams’ mission is to shape the future of Everyday Services and drive sustainable growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences by maximising lifetime value through data-driven strategies.

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team focused on Everyday Insurance, part of Everyday Services and Woolworths Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive a new phase of growth in a fast-paced environment. 


As a Marketing Executive in the Everyday Services Marketing team, you'll manage data-driven, targeted customer lifecycle campaigns across various channels that support acquisition, engagement and retention of our customers and Everyday Rewards members. 

Desirably you’ll be a marketing generalist with a can-do attitude, focused on executing highly effective, personalised, targeted below-the-line (BTL) and digital communications. Your work will support the acquisition, engagement, and retention of Everyday Insurance customers, aiming to generate revenue and incremental business.


Main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute acquisition, lifecycle engagement and retention campaigns and programs with clear measures of success, develop analysis and reporting to achieve strong commercial returns and supporting long term customer value growth.

  • Deliver seamless experiences that make it simple and effortless for members to get more value with Woolworths as a reward for being an Everyday Insurance policy holder.  

  • Design and execute data-driven direct marketing activities across the customer lifecycle to acquire, engage, and retain Insurance customers across various BTL channels.

  • Analysing campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed targets.

  • Confidence and proactiveness to engage with and navigate internal and external compliance teams, including constructively challenging and negotiating to achieve optimal marketing outcomes while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.


What you'll bring

  • Several years experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles.

  • Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc)

  • Demonstrable experience in managing successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.

  • Knowledge in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
