The Opportunity
This role is responsible for supporting the building, execution, reporting and optimisation of highly relevant 1:1 Supermarket offers and campaigns to the Everyday Rewards customer base
Key areas of focus will be collaborating with your squad to brief, build, QA, report and optimise offers and campaigns, while supporting the Promotion Executives and Marketing Managers on broader strategic pieces of work
You’re passionate about data and will leverage it to drive campaign performance with a focus on supporting activity optimisation, engagement, response and conversion to maximise return on marketing expenditure
What you'll do
Build and QA 1:1 promotional offers based on business requirements
Support the delivery of targeted 1:1 campaigns that drive engagement with members to deliver on key business objectives.
Data entry capabilities and ensuring accurate creation of team documents to support the building of promotional offers & program reporting.
Create presentable reports on behalf and for Marketing Managers to present to suppliers and relevant stakeholders
Analyse data to discover and communicate insights, and recommend offer optimizations for key stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes
Liaise and prioritise offer builds week on week with Commercial and Supers Team
What you'll bring
Experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Data Driven Marketing roles or Direct Response
Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.)
Understanding of customer databases and/or complex data sets, including segmentation, clustering, and predictive modeling
Ability to communicate clearly to a broad and diverse stakeholder network, that sit across a wide range of experience levels
Demonstrable experience in managing highly successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns
Strong data driven background, with experience in using dashboards and analytic tools to analyse program performance
