What you’ll do

Woolworths at Work, a startup business commenced in September 2020, with the ambitions of redefining the B2B grocery supply market. 

As part of our Woolworths At Work Customer Trade team, the Digital Trade Planning Coordinator will work closely with Trade, Marketing and Commercial teams to support and execute digital asset calendar plans on the Woolworths at Work platform. This role will also work with key stakeholders across Woolworths at Work and eComX to improve awareness of key differentiating features and service, Voice of Customer, impressions, click through rates and conversion digital trade execution via the shopper experience.

Specific responsibilities of the role include:

  • Collaborate with the trade team to coordinate digital assets in line with the commercial trade strategy on the Woolworths at Work platform. 

  • Engage with suppliers and management of the digital asset calendar.

  • Deliver and implement best practice for the digital asset calendar (paid and owned).

  • Partner with Marketing, Digital Merchandising and Digital Product teams to improve existing capabilities and trade execution

  • Support Trade and Digital Merchandising teams to build and deliver commercial targets via new and existing digital capabilities.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to optimise asset engagement, click throughs and add to carts

  • Coordinate, manage and implement digital assets on the Woolworths at Work platform across Small Business and Enterprise Propositions.


What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:

  • 2-3 years FMCG experience in areas such as eCommerce, digital media or digital marketing. 

  • Experience in digital projects that improved conversion and digital experience optimisation, digital analytics and engagement analysis 

  • Experience working with external stakeholders (suppliers experience is desirable), with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders.

  • Proactive and curious mindset to drive continuous improvement and problem solving, with strong attention to detail.

  • Intermediate Excel / Google sheet knowledge.

  • Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting.

  • Adaptable, collaborative and comfortable with ambiguity.
