Catalogue Coordinator


  • 6month fixed term contract role
  • Coordinate the catalogue production process from briefing & design right through until print/dispatch for Woolworths Supermarkets nationally
  • Bella Vista & Surry Hills based role with hybrid flexible environment (3days in office, 2 days WFH)

What you'll do


As the Catalogue Coordinator, you will coordinate the catalogue process right through until print/dispatch for supermarkets nationally. You will work with the wider Marketing teams, Commercial business teams, as well as our production and creative agencies to produce advertising material whilst adhering to timelines/deadlines and following set processes. 


To be a successful Catalogue Coordinator, you must have strong attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines. You should bring the ability to implement change to achieve best practice and bring an agile mindset to ensure you can pivot when changes occur. You must be proactive and have the ability to identify and manage conflicts when they occur and be able to handle them autonomously. 


  • Ensure proactive measures are taken when there are delays in the advertising process
  • Conduct briefs in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations on advertising activity and weekly advertising programs
  • Ensure that accurate records are maintained


What you'll bring


  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
  • Intermediate Excel, word, powerpoint skills
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Strong communications skills
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement for accountable processes
