What you’ll do
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to spearhead the enhancement of our campaign delivery operations through the implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. In this pivotal role, you will analyze existing operational workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and define the requirements for AI-powered tools that drive efficiency and innovation. You will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful design, integration, and adoption of transformative technologies within our marketing ecosystem.
AI-Driven Process Optimisation: Identify and document detailed requirements for AI-driven improvements to operational workflows in campaign delivery.
Collaborative Design & Delivery: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for scalable solutions.
Change Leadership: Support change management efforts by providing clear documentation and training materials for new tools and processes.
Connected Ecosystem Thinking: Document and analyze the integration points of AI solutions with the existing martech stack, including Salesforce, Contentful, and MRM tools.
Operational Readiness: Assist in defining and documenting user-centric processes and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Measurement & Feedback: Gather and analyze data and feedback to identify root causes of issues and opportunities for improvement.
Forward Thinking: Contribute to the roadmap by documenting evolving business needs and identifying potential impacts of proposed solutions.

A natural leader and communicator, you unite technical and business stakeholders, mentor rising talent, and champion continuous improvement. Backed by 5+ years of experience leading complex tech projects, you have a proven record of delivering impactful results.
You will also have:
5+ years of proven Business Analyst experience. Significant time spent in a senior role within a digital or technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
A strategic mindset to translate business goals into actionable requirements and anticipate future trends.
Deep expertise in gathering, documenting, and analysing complex business requirements, user needs, and functional specifications.
Skilled in analysing complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Ability to collaboratively design effective solutions and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A passion for mentoring fellow Business Analysts, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
