The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal Business Analyst role where you will act as the strategic architect of our marketing technology ecosystem. As our expert on platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will partner with product and engineering teams to translate business goals into scalable, integrated solutions. You will analyse our connected systems, drive operational readiness, and lead change across the business. Using a data-driven and forward-thinking approach, you will not only solve today’s challenges but also define the roadmap for our future customer engagement strategy.
What you’ll do
Elicit and Document Requirements: Conduct workshops, interviews, and other discovery activities to gather and document business requirements, user needs, and functional specifications.
Analyse Business Processes: Analyse existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Develop Solution Designs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers, to develop solution designs that meet business requirements and user needs.
Create User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used by the development team to build and test new features and functionality.
Support Testing & Implementation: Support the testing and implementation of new solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and deliver the expected business value.
What You’ll Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with over two years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with experience in Agile methodologies considered a plus.
Proven capabilities gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, user needs, and functional specifications.
Skilled in analysing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
Experience as an effective collaborator with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and clearly document solutions that meet business objectives.
A logical thinker with strong analytical skills to solve complex problems, identify trends, and derive data-driven insights.
