What you’ll do
- Architect the connected career experience and create compelling career journeys, guided by human centred design and enabled through integrated technology and digital tools.
- Plan and facilitate workshops/focus groups and other discovery activities with key stakeholders to architect ideal team experience, aligning stakeholders to painpoints, opportunities and value
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for system partners to enable build of new solutions
- Use robust data analysis techniques to identify opportunities, risks and solutions
- Coordinate and participate in required testing activities to ensure any new build meets requirements
- Support the design and build of optimised process solutions, including automation, in partnership with the key stakeholders
- Lead change management activities to ensure new initiatives are successfully embedded within the business, including documenting relevant training guides, documentation and process maps required
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience leading transformation and change management activities for new initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and opportunities within complex systems and processes
- Ability to apply human centred design principles to solutioning with strong understanding of careers trends and team experience career journeys
- Strong stakeholder management experience, facilitating workshops, training team members, presenting to senior leadership
- Good aptitude for systems with an ability to learn the complexities quickly
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentation
- Previous experience within HR transformation roles (desired)
