What you'll do

The Campaign Delivery Executive is a pivotal role working within the campaign operations process. Partnering with key stakeholders, including their designated client partnerships team and relevant clients and agencies. The role is responsible for ensuring excellence in client experience by having a client centric focus and acting as one touch point providing support pre, during and post campaigns for clients. 


The role is responsible for providing end to end management of campaigns. This includes the production, asset delivery, sign off/approvals, and delivery of all media channels for allocated patches, campaigns, events, or program streams. 


This includes the receipt of materials from suppliers, briefing internal teams and/or agencies, co-ordinating the sign-off process, final material production (e.g. digital assets, POS through our print partner), final publication/execution, and monitoring compliance.


As a business unit within the Woolworths group, the role works with multiple stakeholders to deliver on campaigns. Strong collaborative relationships and process management skills are required.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • End to end campaign management for all client campaigns for their designated client partnership / sales team

  • Responsible for production workflow management including sign off and delivery of all elements across sold media channels for all the allocated patches. This includes the receipt of materials from clients, briefing to internal teams and/or agencies, co-ordinating the sign-off process, final material production (e.g. digital assets, point-of-sale (POS) through print partners), and final publication/execution.

  • Building relationships and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive Cartology’s business requirements

  • Reporting on campaign workflows and capacity including adherence to required timeframes

  • To complete any assignments, project work or tasks as assigned by the Head of Operations, Delivery Leads, or GM Cartology. 


What you'll bring

  • Proactive and self motivated team player

  • Media Operations, Shopper, Customer, Trade Marketing or Agency experience within the FMCG environment is highly desirable
