What you'll do

The role is responsible for providing support to Operations and the Delivery team which is a central coordination point for Cartology client partner campaigns, whilst supporting operational systems, expenses and campaign delivery.  The role works with multiple partners to deliver on campaigns and strong relationships and process management skills are required.   


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Inventory order management system (Advendio) reporting

  • Manage Buildwell layouts and mailer workflows with Delivery, Wellcom and Merchandise 

  • Operating expense processing via iBuy and order book management

  • Ad-hoc additional finance tasks with monthly billings preparation,  client refunds process and account set up

  • Improve team ways of working by introducing systems efficiencies, improving processes and providing constructive challenge to all areas 

  • Support leaders with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements and the analysis of financial performance
